First Punjab Modaraba (FPM) is managed by Punjab Modaraba Services (Pvt.) Ltd., a wholly owned subsidiary of The Bank of Punjab.
FPM was established on July 14, 1992 under Modaraba Companies and Modaraba (Floatation and Control) Ordinance, 1980 and the rules framed thereunder and is quoted on Pakistan Stock Exchange Limited. The Modaraba is a perpetual and multi-dimensional Modaraba and is primarily engaged in the business of Musharikah Financing, Ijarah Financing and other related business in accordance with the injunctions of Islam.
Currently, FPM is operating through its office in Lahore with management team consisting of staff members with diversified and extensive experience in their respective fields. Operations are divided into different departments according to the requirements and best available resources. FPM is targeting aggressive growth by capitalizing through providing facilities to Consumer, SME and Corporate sectors.
