First Punjab Modaraba (PSX:FPJM) is a perpetual, multi-purpose and multi-dimensional modaraba formed under the Modaraba Companies and Modaraba (Floatation and Control) Ordinance, 1980 and the Rules framed there under and is managed by Punjab Modaraba Services (Pvt) Limited, a company incorporated in Pakistan under the Companies Ordinance 1984.

The registered office of the Modaraba is situated at Office No: 100, 3rd Floor, National Tower, 28-Egerton Road, Lahore – Pakistan. The Modaraba is wholly-owned subsidiary of The Bank of Punjab (PSX: BOP) and is listed on Pakistan Stock Exchange Limited (PSX). The Modaraba is primarily engaged in the business of ijarah, musharakah and murabahah financing, investment in marketable securities and other related businesses in accordance with the injunctions of Islam.
